Inside & Outside Sales Representative Roof Maxx Infinite Roofing
Infinite Home Solutions LLC is a growing company specializing in roof restoration and repair. They are seeking a driven salesperson for a hybrid inside/outside sales position to build relationships, close deals, and help the company become the most recognized roofing company in the Central Valley.
Responsibilities
- Handle follow-up calls on incoming and existing leads, keeping every opportunity moving
- Book and confirm appointments as they come in
- Run sales appointments in-home and on-site, present solutions, and close
- Conduct business-to-business outreach to residential and commercial prospects
- Build business development relationships with property management companies, insurance companies, realtors, and other referral partners
- Work company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Track activity, follow-ups, and pipeline in our CRM
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets
Skills
- Sales experience (roofing, home improvement, or construction a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person)
- Strong phone and in-person communication skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable managing your own follow-up
- Able to build trust quickly with homeowners and business decision-makers
- Comfortable with both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Coachable and goal-driven
