Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead

The Sales Compensation & Incentives Lead is responsible for executing sales compensation plans, ensuring incentives are accurate and aligned with business objectives, and continuously improving compensation processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer sales compensation plans and payout processes
- Calculate and validate commissions and incentive payments
- Maintain compensation models and payout logic
- Support updates to compensation plans as GTM structure evolves
- Resolve compensation inquiries and discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate compensation processes
- Improve tools, workflows, and data models used in compensation
- Leverage technology (including AI) to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Reduce manual effort and cycle time in compensation administration
- Monthly commission calculations and payout validation
- Supporting changes to compensation plans as GTM evolves
- Improving how compensation is calculated, tracked, and reported
Skills
- 1–3 years in compensation, finance, or operations
- Strong Excel and data modeling skills
- Experience working with compensation or financial data
