[Remote] Sales Account Representative (Hunter) – Entry Level

ESP Global Services is a company providing customized 24/7 Global IT support solutions since 1992, and they are seeking a driven, hunter-focused Sales Account Representative to acquire new clients in the aviation sector. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, building relationships with C-level executives, and positioning managed IT services as critical solutions for operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business opportunities through cold outreach, industry networking, events, referrals, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Build and maintain a strong top-of-funnel pipeline focused on aviation companies (airlines, MROs, FBOs, OEMs, airports, etc.)
- Lead discovery, needs analysis, and solution alignment for managed IT and cybersecurity services (MSP/MSSP)
- Work with technical teams on solution design, proposals, and scope-of-work development
- Drive pricing discussions, contract negotiation, and final closing
- Articulate business outcomes around ROI, risk reduction, regulatory compliance (e.g., FAA, TSA), operational uptime, and digital transformation
- Translate technical solutions into business value for executive-level decision makers
- Build trusted relationships with C-level leaders (CIO, CTO, CFO, COO) and other key influencers
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles (typically 4–9 months)
- Position yourself as a subject-matter partner, not just a vendor
- Maintain accurate pipeline, sales stages, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Dynamics)
- Provide insights into leadership on deal trends, competitive intelligence, and market opportunities
Skills
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in: Managed IT services (MSP/MSSP), SaaS, cloud, cybersecurity, or infrastructure solutions, or Aviation technology or aviation services
- Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding quota in roles requiring heavy new-logo acquisition
- Understanding of IT service delivery (network, cloud, cybersecurity, helpdesk, infrastructure)
- Strong consultative selling, objection handling, and value-based communication
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and executive communication skills
- Ability to conduct meaningful discovery conversations with both technical and non-technical leaders
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable with high outbound activity expectations
- Familiarity with aviation industry operations or its regulatory environment is a plus but not required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field preferred (not required)
