  • Manage and maintain SAP master data within SAP ECC, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data integrity across systems.
  • Perform large-scale data analysis to support business decisions, collaborating closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams.
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel functions to analyze, validate, and report on complex datasets.
  • Identify data discrepancies, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve processes and data quality.
  • Support data-driven decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on analysis.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure effective master data management.
  • Collaborate with global, cross-functional, and remote teams to align data standards and processes.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to data governance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience (degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in large-scale data analytics, including cross-functional collaboration with commercial, finance, and operations teams.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP ECC is required.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formula creation and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot processes and drive data-based decisions.
  • Experience managing internal customer relationships and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional, and remote team environment.
