Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Analyst, Customer Service (Remote) to support our AOG Logistics team. This role is essential to ensuring that airlines, maintenance providers, and other aviation stakeholders receive swift, accurate, and proactive assistance when critical parts are needed. The position follows a rotating 12‑hour shift schedule, offering a blend of day and night coverage to maintain uninterrupted service for our global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound AOG and critical part demand requests from arenaflex customers worldwide, ensuring rapid triage and resolution.
  • Utilize integrated CRM and ERP platforms to log, track, and close customer issues, maintaining data integrity and compliance with internal standards.
  • Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout the lifecycle of each case, building strong, trust‑based relationships.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments—including engineering, supply chain, and finance—to gather required information and expedite part delivery.
  • Achieve and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, case closure rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
  • Lead small‑scale projects or process‑improvement initiatives under the guidance of senior leadership, applying analytical skills and industry knowledge.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
  • Travel up to 10 % of the time to arenaflex facilities, customer sites, or industry events as needed.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business, Aviation Management, Engineering, or a related field, or a minimum of six years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer‑focused role, preferably within aerospace, aviation, or high‑tech logistics.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high‑pressure, time‑sensitive situations with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clear, concise, and professional interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Hands‑on experience analyzing and troubleshooting complex, uncommon scenarios in an aerospace environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems; prior exposure to CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
