  • Collaborate with global partners to harmonize processes, share best practices, and accelerate the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Act as a senior advisor to senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable roadmaps for operational excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Operations Management, or a related discipline (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in engineering, operations, or process‑improvement leadership roles, preferably within a large, complex logistics or technology organization.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Six Sigma, Lean, or ASQ‑based continuous improvement methodologies; Six Sigma Black Belt or QDM Master certification is highly desirable.

  • Experience with advanced analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Python, R) and decision‑science modeling.
  • Hands‑on experience with agile development frameworks and DevOps practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop emerging talent, building high‑performing, self‑directed teams.
  • Fluency in additional languages is a plus, given arenaflex’s global footprint.
