Key Responsibilities
- Data Management & Reporting: Compile, submit, and analyze cost reports in alignment with arenaflex Strategy, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal financial policies.
- Event Planning & Coordination: Organize and execute a wide range of events—from small team meetings to large‑scale off‑site gatherings—including logistics, venue selection, travel arrangements, and post‑event follow‑up.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to senior leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, correspondence drafting, and follow‑through on action items.
- Resource & Procurement Management: Oversee the acquisition of office supplies, hardware, reference materials, and other operational necessities, ensuring cost‑effective sourcing and timely delivery.
