CRO Specialist / Product Manager
Owning the experimentation roadmap, the part-time CRO Specialist / Product Manager will manage A/B tests, optimize marketing funnels, and enhance the mobile experience to drive conversion and retention metrics in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Maintain a prioritized backlog of experiments across acquisition, activation, checkout, and retention Design, launch, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests while defining success metrics and calling results honestly Instrument and analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-off points and optimize the funnel Required qualifications 3+ years in CRO, growth product, growth marketing, or product management with a focus on conversion in e-commerce/DTC and SaaS/app environments Experience in direct-response and e-commerce marketing, optimizing revenue funnels Proven track record of designing and running experiments that yield measurable conversion improvements Fluency with web and mobile analytics, capable of defining metrics and assessing statistical significance Strong product instincts and ability to write actionable specs for engineering and design teams Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
