  • Assist senior project leads by formulating data‑driven recommendations that reduce operational risk and support arenaflex’s strategic goals of low‑cost, high‑efficiency service.
  • Design and execute ad‑hoc queries to extract, cleanse, and organize data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with confidentiality standards.
  • Identify anomalies in processes through systematic reviews and surveys, and communicate findings to the Quality Control team for corrective action.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of existing workflows and propose enhancements that improve consistency, reduce errors, and streamline operations.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Operations, Finance, and IT—to align data initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical procedures to support reproducibility and auditability.
  • Participate in continuous‑improvement initiatives, contributing ideas that foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the team lead, adapting quickly to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, organize, and analyze data with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, advanced formulas) and PowerPoint.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Experience working with data visualization or analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, or QuickBase is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
  • Understanding of data privacy and security best practices, with a track record of handling sensitive information responsibly.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Experience

  • Previous internship, capstone project, or coursework involving data analysis, statistical modeling, or process improvement.
  • Familiarity with airline or transportation industry metrics, though not required.
  • Experience creating dashboards or interactive reports that enable real‑time decision making.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Python, R) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous‑improvement methodologies.

Core Skills & Competencies
