Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Analyst – Data Protection to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions. Key Responsibilities

Data Protection Operations

• Manage, configure, and fine‑tune DLP tools to detect, prevent, and remediate data leakage incidents across endpoints, networks, and cloud services.
• Conduct regular audits of DLP alerts, prioritize remediation actions, and document incident response outcomes.
• Develop and maintain run‑books for DLP incident handling, ensuring rapid containment and root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate with IT, legal, and business units to define data classification policies and enforce them through technical controls.

Cloud Security & CASB Management

• Design, deploy, and monitor CASB solutions for SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS platforms, with a focus on AWS environments.
• Integrate CASB controls with existing security information and event management (SIEM) platforms to provide unified visibility.
• Automate policy enforcement for data residency, encryption, and access governance across cloud workloads.

Policy Development & Compliance

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with DLP technologies, including configuration, rule creation, and incident response.
• Demonstrated experience securing data in cloud environments, preferably AWS, and familiarity with CASB platforms.
• Solid understanding of data lifecycle concepts—data in motion, at rest, and in use—and how they are protected.
