Director, Operations Learning Enablement
Director of Operations Learning Enablement who bridges product design, systems implementation, and operational delivery to modernize learning solutions across College Board's Operations Division. This strategic leader will develop and optimize enablement initiatives that drive adoption, efficiency, and exceptional customer outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Lead learning process optimization, develop standardized workflows and training content, govern learning initiatives across operational functions, and collaborate with product, operations, and technology teams to convert complex processes into learner-ready assets. Manage LMS platform performance, create process documentation and SOPs, and drive adoption of new tools and products. Skills & Tools: Strong process facilitation, instructional design, change management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities paired with strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and ability to work across complex matrix organizations. Expertise in learning systems, workflow optimization, and translating technical concepts for diverse audiences required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required with 10+ years of experience in learning enablement, instructional design, operations, or related field with demonstrated leadership in designing and implementing training programs at scale.
