Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. A Ph.D. is highly preferred, especially with a focus on NLP, machine learning, or data mining.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in data science, analytics, or AI engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python or R; strong command of SQL and Hive; experience with big‑data platforms such as Spark, Hadoop, or Databricks.
  • Machine Learning Expertise: Demonstrated ability to build, evaluate, and deploy deep learning models, including CNNs, RNNs, and transformer‑based architectures.
