To help our partners manage this constant flow of customer inquiries, arenaflex recruits and trains remote chat assistants to handle these conversations in a professional, timely, and on-brand manner.

As a Remote Instagram Direct Message Chat Support Specialist, you will serve as the friendly, knowledgeable first point of contact for potential and existing customers. You will work directly within the Instagram app, responding to direct messages using a detailed FAQ document and brand guidelines provided to you. Key Responsibilities

As a valued member of the arenaflex chat support team, your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Responding to Customer Inquiries: Monitor and reply to direct messages on partner brand Instagram accounts, addressing questions related to product details, pricing, availability, shipping options, delivery timelines, return and exchange policies, sizing charts, promotional offers, and general brand information.
  • Following Brand Voice Guidelines: Adopt and maintain the tone, vocabulary, and personality of each partner brand as outlined in the training materials and FAQ documents provided by arenaflex.
  • Utilizing Provided Resources: Reference a comprehensive FAQ document and product knowledge base to ensure all responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with each brand's policies.
  • Escalating Complex Issues: Identify and escalate conversations that require supervisor input, customer service intervention, or specialized support to the appropriate arenaflex team lead.
  • Maintaining Response Time Standards: Strive to meet or exceed established response time benchmarks to ensure customers receive timely assistance and feel valued.
  • Documenting Interactions: Log key details from each conversation as required, including customer concerns, order information, and resolution outcomes.

Essential Qualifications
