Position Overview

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and managing critical data that supports multiple departments across our entertainment ecosystem. From cataloging media assets and updating production records to supporting consumer engagement initiatives and internal operations, your work will help ensure that the magic of storytelling continues without interruption. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately input and transcribe data into a variety of databases, spreadsheets, content management systems, and digital platforms used across arenaflex.
  • Perform routine data quality checks, validations, and audits to ensure the integrity, consistency, and reliability of all stored information.
  • Review source documents, files, and records to identify discrepancies, missing details, or formatting inconsistencies, and flag them for appropriate resolution.
  • Manage high volumes of information while consistently meeting established productivity and accuracy benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members — including production coordinators, marketing analysts, and operations staff — to maintain data consistency across departments.
  • Handle confidential and proprietary information with the utmost discretion, following all arenaflex data security and privacy protocols.
  • Generate basic reports and summaries to support team leads and managers in tracking project progress and operational metrics.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to streamline data entry processes and suggest improvements that enhance team efficiency.
  • Stay up to date with internal tools, software updates, and best practices related to data management and remote collaboration.

Essential Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors, inconsistencies, and inaccuracies in text, numbers, and formatting.
  • Strong computer literacy: Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets), word processing tools, databases, and cloud-based platforms.
  • Time management skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines in a self-directed environment.
