Position Overview
The RES PMO Task Director (Project Management Office Task Director) is a pivotal role within arenaflex’s Reservations division. Reporting to the RES Portfolio Leadership Council, you will lead high‑impact initiatives that drive operational excellence, strategic alignment, and measurable business value. Key Responsibilities
- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of high‑value projects across the RES organization, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project artifacts, including charters, detailed schedules, risk & issue registers, and project repositories.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects with varying priorities, ensuring alignment with cross‑functional partners and stakeholder expectations.
- Partner with the RES Portfolio Leadership Council to shape the operating model, establishing robust governance, performance metrics, and continuous‑improvement loops.
