Position Overview

As a Remote Quality Control Standards Data Analyst, you will support the Quality Control Strategies and Standards Team by collecting, validating, and analyzing data to drive a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation. Your work will help identify statistical trends and performance metrics that improve the overall effectiveness of the Quality Control department. You will also assist in generating, presenting, and recommending novel ideas and projects, while performing critical analysis to mitigate compliance risks through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at arenaflex, your core duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Data Collection and Validation: Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on critical data elements to ensure accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
  • Insight Communication: Help develop and communicate results derived from complex data analyses for both technical and non-technical clients and leaders, translating findings into clear, actionable narratives.
  • Ad-Hoc Analytical Support: Assist in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging operational issues and provide analytical reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities.
  • Data Visualization and Reporting: Present insights, trends, and potential implications by utilizing data visualization tools to support the relevant points of the analysis and to enhance stakeholder understanding.
  • Query Development and Data Management: Help develop and distribute specialized queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing cadence and validating the necessity of data requirements.
  • Process Audits and Surveys: Identify inconsistencies in processes through audits and surveys, and communicate findings to the team with constructive recommendations for improvement.
  • Effectiveness Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of current processes and policies by monitoring for trends and discrepancies, ensuring that a compliance mindset remains at the center of every decision.
  • Team Collaboration: May perform other work duties as directed by the Team Leader, contributing to a flexible and supportive team environment.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
  • Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated ability to gather, organize, and analyze significant amounts of data with close attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to actively listen, comprehend, and clearly convey ideas — both in writing and verbally — to audiences of varying technical backgrounds through presentations and reports.
