  • Customer Service & Community Management

  • Data Entry, Validation & Analysis

    • Run routine data quality checks, reconcile discrepancies, and generate reports for senior management.
    • Analyze sales trends, conversion rates, and competitor performance to recommend actionable improvements.
  • Market Research & Competitive Intelligence
    • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, seasonal demand shifts, and competitor strategies within the arenaflex marketplace.

Essential Qualifications
