Position Overview

As a Remote Live Chat Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will handle a high volume of real-time text-based conversations with customers across the country and around the world. Key Responsibilities

  • Use active listening and strong written communication skills to understand customer concerns, ask clarifying questions, and provide clear, well-structured answers.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve issues on first contact whenever possible, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate cross-functional teams when needed.
  • Document every customer interaction thoroughly and accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, ensuring records are complete, compliant, and easy for follow-up teams to access.
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and support specialists to share customer insights, identify recurring issues, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that raise the overall quality of service.
  • Stay up to date on arenaflex services, shipping policies, pricing structures, promotions, and product updates through ongoing training, team communications, and self-directed learning.
  • Adhere to all internal guidelines, communication standards, security protocols, and compliance requirements for handling sensitive customer data.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance targets related to response time, customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), resolution rates, and quality assurance evaluations.

Essential Qualifications
