Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Real Estate Data Analyst to join our Remote Data Entry and Analytics team. In this role, you will translate raw property and airport data into actionable intelligence that supports strategic decisions across arenaflex’s Real Estate, Airport Operations, and Corporate Facilities divisions. You will act as a trusted subject‑matter expert for internal and external stakeholders, delivering high‑quality analyses, building robust data pipelines, and championing best‑in‑class reporting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Reporting: Lead end‑to‑end data analysis projects, from data ingestion to visualization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and relevance for senior leadership.
• Strategic Insight Generation: Conduct cost‑benefit analyses on airport lease allocations, staffing models, and facility utilization to recommend pricing adjustments and operational efficiencies.
• Toolset Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain the Real Estate analytics suite, including data models, dashboards, and reporting templates. Define data governance structures, workflows, and access permissions.
• Collaboration & Advisory: Partner with Corporate Facilities, Airport Operations, and Real Estate teams to understand business needs, translate them into analytical solutions, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Data Visualization & Storytelling: Transform complex data sets into clear, compelling visual narratives using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms, tailored for audiences ranging from analysts to C‑suite executives.

Essential Qualifications
