Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers using arenaflex tax‑software, addressing questions about navigation, prior filings, and amendments.
  • Handle inbound and outbound interactions across multiple channels—phone, live chat, and video chat—while maintaining a consistent tone of empathy and clarity.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to senior support teams when necessary.
  • Document each interaction accurately in the CRM system, ensuring compliance with data‑privacy standards and internal quality metrics.
