Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a multi‑year data monetization roadmap that aligns with arenaflex’s corporate objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders—including Pharmacy Services, Retail Operations, Specialty Pharmacy, National Account Management, and IT—to design and launch data products that deliver measurable business value.
• Data Governance & Compliance: Build and continuously improve enterprise‑wide data governance frameworks, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, privacy regulations, and industry standards.
• Product Development: Oversee the creation of new analytics solutions (e.g., market insights, utilization dashboards, predictive models) and manage the lifecycle of existing data offerings.
• Contractual & Vendor Management: Serve as the subject‑matter expert (SME) for data‑related clauses in supplier agreements, RFP responses, and Statements of Work, safeguarding arenaflex’s interests.
• Financial Stewardship: Drive profitability of data‑related channels, monitor revenue performance, and implement pricing strategies that reflect market dynamics.
• Team Development: Mentor, coach, and grow a high‑performing team of data analysts, engineers, and product managers through structured onboarding, continuous training, and performance feedback.
