MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As a Cyber/IT Governance Security Sr Manager, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the mission. You will play a crucial role in maturing the Governance Framework at GDIT. ● Lead/Manage/Support Cyber and IT functions in support of the Governance Framework ● Collaborate with all core GDIT corporate functions ● Drive risk and compliance outcomes for the GDIT enterprise network ● Utilize deep understanding of compliance frameworks and risk management to ensure organizational accountability WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED Bring your cyber expertise and drive for innovation to GDIT. The Information Security Sr Manager must have: ● Education: Bachelor's degree required ● Experience: 10+ years of related experience ● Technical skills: Proven experience implementing and managing governance, risk, and compliance frameworks (ie. The likely salary range for this position is $164,382 - $199,525. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
