Role Overview

• We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee, evaluate, and continuously improve the quality of processes, services, and customer interactions across the organization. This role plays a critical part in ensuring compliance with internal standards, client requirements, and best industry practices. **

Key Responsibilities

** • Conduct quality evaluations through audits, monitoring, and systematic performance reviews.

  • Analyze processes, products, and customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Document findings, prepare detailed quality reports, and present insights to stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps, deviations, and non-compliance with policies, procedures, and quality frameworks.
  • Recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Track improvement initiatives and validate their effectiveness over time.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Training, and Leadership teams to improve overall performance.
  • Support the development and updating of quality manuals, procedures, and evaluation criteria.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, quality metrics, trend analyses, and KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.

Required Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Process Analysis, or QA leadership roles (mandatory).

  • Solid knowledge of quality methodologies (ISO standards, Six Sigma, QA frameworks, or similar).
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, dashboards, and data analysis tools (mandatory).
  • Advanced English level (C1) with clear communication and minimal accent (mandatory).
  • Proven ability to interpret policies, procedures, and evaluation criteria accurately.
  • Excellent documentation and professional writing skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple evaluations simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
