22 - CRM Automation Specialist (French Speaking)

Profile description: We're looking for a French-speaking CRM Automation Specialist to support a client's sales and operational workflows on a part-time basis (20h/week). Developer profile: You're a hands-on automation specialist who knows CRM systems inside out. You work independently, communicate clearly in French, and have a track record of building automations that actually stick — not just quick fixes, but structured, maintainable workflows. You're the kind of person who looks at a manual process and immediately sees how to eliminate it. Technical requirements: - Fluent in French (spoken and written) — non-negotiable - Solid experience with at least one major CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar) - Proven experience building automations via Zapier, Make (Integromat), n8n, or native CRM workflow builders - Ability to audit an existing CRM setup, identify gaps, and implement improvements - Comfortable with data hygiene — deduplication, field mapping, pipeline structuring - Familiarity with connecting CRMs to other tools (email, calendars, spreadsheets, etc.) - Strong written communication and documentation habits Tech stack: - TypeScript, Next.js, Prisma, Postgres, Better Auth, Anthropic SDK - DevOps: Linux, Docker, CI/CD, observability, security - Comfortable with AI tools (vibe coding, agents, development assistants) Nice to have: - Experience with sales process design or RevOps - Basic scripting or familiarity with the stack above beyond CRM work - Experience working in a French-speaking business environment ATTENTION UPON DROPPING YOUR APPLICATION: Please, immediately send an email to [email protected] with subject 'CRM Automation – Your Name' sharing concrete examples of CRM automation work you've done in production.
