About the Role: As an Operations Analyst, you will work closely with your team lead to manage the day-to-day tasks of processing provider credentials, licenses and payor enrollment applications. You will work cross-functionally with many teams to guarantee the smooth running of operations. This is a fully remote position. What You’ll Do: Research, interpret, and evaluate information relevant to provider licensure and continuing medical education in the United States. Complete applications for provider credentials, licensure or payor enrollment on behalf of Certify customers. Validate and authenticate information updated on the credentialing and licensing platform and ensure 100% accuracy. Interact with providers and clients over email whenever additional information may be required. Assist with monitoring or new client implementation projects as needed. Summarize your research findings and draft them in clear and concise guideline documents for Certify customers. Assist with other ad hoc projects as needed. What You’ll Need: Fluency in English. A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience. The ability to conduct large volumes of research, particularly via Google. Strong attention to detail. Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
