Program Overview – Pathways Leadership Development

The Pathways Project‑Based Assignment is a 10‑12 week, full‑time internship designed for high‑potential MBA, MSc, MEng, or PhD candidates who are ready to tackle business‑critical challenges in arenaflex’s fulfillment, sort, and delivery network. • Strong command of the local language (CEFR B2) for the chosen location (France, Spain, Germany, Italy, Poland, or Czech Republic) and English (CEFR B2).
