Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service & Sales Coordinator, you will be the front‑line ambassador for arenaflex’s benefit solutions. Your day‑to‑day activities will include:

  • Inbound and outbound calling: Engage prospective and existing clients, answer inquiries, and build rapport through phone conversations.
  • Scheduling appointments: Coordinate virtual meetings with clients who request detailed benefit information, ensuring a seamless booking experience.
  • Virtual presentations: Deliver compelling, Zoom‑based demonstrations of insurance products and benefits packages, tailoring each session to the client’s unique needs.
  • Sales and upselling: Identify opportunities to expand coverage for new and existing clients, positioning arenaflex’s solutions as essential safeguards.
  • Application processing: Accurately complete insurance applications, gather required documentation, and submit them for underwriting review.
  • Daily reporting: Track and report key performance metrics—including call volume, appointments set, and sales closed—to help the team refine strategies.

Essential Qualifications
