Key Responsibilities

Strategic Growth & Portfolio Management

  • Deliver against ambitious quarterly business and product growth objectives, ensuring agency partners achieve measurable ROI on arenaflex advertising spend.
  • Own a portfolio of agencies, conducting deep‑dive analyses of growth drivers, risk factors, and market opportunities to craft multi‑quarter strategic plans.
  • Identify and prioritize high‑potential agency accounts, guiding them through the full lifecycle of campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
  • Develop and present compelling business cases that influence agency budget allocations toward arenaflex’s digital capabilities.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Influence

  • Work closely with agency leadership—CMOs, CEOs, and senior media planners—to embed arenaflex solutions into their core service offerings.
  • Partner with arenaflex’s Large Customer Sales Agency counterparts to align cross‑channel strategies, ensuring a unified experience for agencies and their clients.
  • Act as a thought partner to the Agency Lead, shaping program direction, strategic initiatives, and agency‑level planning processes.
  • Facilitate regular business reviews, performance workshops, and training sessions that empower agency teams to become self‑sufficient advocates of arenaflex products.

Product Advocacy & Market Insight

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in both traditional and online media, translating insights into actionable recommendations for agency partners.
  • Serve as the internal champion for agency feedback, influencing product roadmaps and feature enhancements that address real‑world challenges.
  • Lead storytelling initiatives—crafting narratives that highlight success stories, competitive differentiators, and the value of arenaflex’s advertising ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking within consumer electronics, automotive, OEM, telecom, e‑commerce/retail, apps, ads, gaming, or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of working with C‑level executives and navigating cross‑functional relationships across all management levels.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex agreements or partnership contracts.
