Position Overview

The Head of Information Investigation – a senior role within the Store Mechanization and Development group – is responsible for establishing a robust framework of key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. This role will design, develop, and continuously improve data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms that provide clear visibility into business performance. The position is fully remote, reporting to the Ranking Executive, Store Advancement and Mechanization, and will partner closely with cross‑functional teams across arenaflex’s global operations.

Key Responsibilities

Data Strategy & KPI Development

  • Define, implement, and maintain a comprehensive set of KPIs that align with arenaflex’s strategic objectives and growth targets.
  • Design end‑to‑end data pipelines that ingest, cleanse, transform, and store data from multiple internal and external sources.
  • Lead the creation of interactive dashboards using modern visualization tools to surface real‑time insights for senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate high‑level goals into measurable data‑driven outcomes.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

  • Establish data governance policies that ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct regular data quality audits, identify anomalies, and implement corrective actions to maintain data integrity.
  • Document data lineage, metadata, and data definitions to create a single source of truth for the organization.

Business Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze complex business problems, challenge assumptions, and uncover underlying drivers that impact performance.
  • Develop and present compelling narratives that translate technical findings into strategic recommendations for non‑technical executives.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to evaluate business cases, prioritize initiatives, and measure ROI.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

Technology & Tooling

  • Evaluate, recommend, and implement the most appropriate data visualization and reporting tools based on stakeholder needs.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership or senior advisory role.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and large‑scale data platforms such as Hive, Spark, or Snowflake.
  • Hands‑on experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and workflow management systems (e.g., Airflow).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to senior executives in a clear, concise manner.
  • Track record of developing and operationalizing KPIs that drive measurable business impact.
