Position Overview

As a Remote Customer Experience Specialist at arenaflex, you will be the first point of contact for our valued passengers, providing timely, accurate, and compassionate support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received via phone, email, and chat channels, maintaining high standards of service excellence throughout every interaction.
  • Assist passengers with booking new reservations, modifying existing itineraries, processing cancellations, and providing real-time flight information including schedules, gate details, and travel updates.
  • Address customer concerns, complaints, and service recovery situations with empathy, patience, and professionalism, consistently striving to exceed expectations and turn challenges into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and cross-functional teams to research, troubleshoot, and resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases when appropriate to ensure timely resolution.
