The primary responsibility of the Remote Hygiene Standards Auditor is to evaluate and verify adherence to established hygiene and sanitation standards for various client operations. This involves reviewing documentation, analyzing data submitted by clients, conducting virtual walk-throughs via video conferencing, and performing remote audits of cleaning procedures and supply management. You will be responsible for assessing compliance with industry-specific regulations, best practices, and client-specific requirements, identifying areas of non-compliance, and providing clear, actionable recommendations for improvement. Key duties include preparing detailed audit reports, documenting findings with supporting evidence (photographs, videos, data logs), and presenting these findings to clients and internal management. You will also be expected to follow up on corrective actions implemented by clients to ensure sustained compliance. The role requires continuous learning to stay updated on evolving hygiene standards, regulatory changes, and new technologies impacting the sanitation industry. Effective communication through various digital platforms is paramount, as you will interact with clients and colleagues from different geographical locations. To be successful in this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Environmental Science, Food Science, or Hospitality Management. A minimum of 4 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, sanitation management, or a closely related field is required. Prior experience with remote auditing or virtual assessments is a significant advantage.
