We are currently seeking a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to support the growth of our third-party (3P) marketplace in the United States. This role is ideal for entry-level professionals based in Bolivia who want to work from home while contributing to a high-impact team. In this position, you will play a critical role in acquiring, developing, and managing high-value seller relationships, helping to expand product selection, optimize pricing strategies, and enhance the overall customer experience. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that combine data accuracy, seller engagement, and strategic marketplace analysis. Your core duties will include:

  • Developing a thorough understanding of the marketplace segment, including seasonal trends, global e-commerce developments, and competitor activities, to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Identifying, prospecting, and onboarding high-potential sellers to the arenaflex platform through direct outreach, virtual events, and engaging presentations.
  • Guiding new and existing sellers by sharing best practices for online selling, providing data-driven insights that help them achieve high standards of delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to identify, escalate, and resolve vendor-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyzing product selection gaps and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies designed to attract key marketplace players and expand our product assortment.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of seller information, performance metrics, and engagement activities in arenaflex’s internal systems.
  • Monitoring marketplace performance indicators and generating reports that highlight opportunities for category expansion and seller success.
  • Supporting pricing analysis initiatives by gathering competitive intelligence and contributing to fee pricing strategies that balance customer value with seller profitability.
  • Participating in cross-functional projects aimed at improving the seller experience, streamlining onboarding processes, and enhancing the overall health of the marketplace.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates should bring a combination of education, skills, and a strong willingness to learn. The essential qualifications include:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • One to three years of successful business-to-business (B2B) sales experience, preferably within e-commerce, technology, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industries. Fresh graduates with strong internships and demonstrated sales aptitude are also encouraged to apply.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue or acquisition targets using a consultative, solutions-focused sales approach.
  • Experience promoting new products or services into emerging markets is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
  • A solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manipulate data and create meaningful reports.
  • Comfort thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will give candidates a distinct advantage:

  • Two or more years of e-commerce experience, ideally in a marketplace, retail, or online seller environment.
  • Three or more years of experience in the consumer electronics sector, with an understanding of product trends, seasonality, and key players.
  • Three or more years of direct sales experience, with a track record of building lasting client relationships.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, marketplace analytics platforms, or seller management software.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools, or basic programming concepts.
