Position Summary

arenaflex is seeking compassionate, detail-oriented, and driven Remote Customer Care Specialists to join our growing support team. In this fully remote role, you will serve as the first point of contact for current and prospective customers, helping them with product inquiries, service questions, order concerns, and shipping information. You will be responsible for delivering fair, prompt, and effective resolutions that consistently exceed customer expectations while representing the values and reputation of arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with questions related to products, services, pricing, promotions, and shipping while suggesting additional products and services that may benefit them.
  • Create and maintain accurate customer records by entering precise notes and properly tagging support tickets within the system.
  • Resolve product or service concerns by actively listening, clarifying the customer's issue, identifying the root cause, recommending the best solution, expediting corrections or adjustments when needed, and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
  • Recommend potential new products or service offerings to management by gathering customer feedback and analyzing recurring needs or trends.
  • Prepare detailed product and service reports by collecting, organizing, and analyzing customer data to inform business decisions.
  • Contribute to overall team success by accomplishing related goals, sharing insights, and supporting colleagues when needed.
  • Continuously meet or exceed performance metrics on all required weekly statistics and the Simple Weekly Performance Review.
  • Multitask efficiently by managing simultaneous conversations across phone, email, and chat without sacrificing quality.
  • Participate actively in regular team meetings, training sessions, and one-on-one coaching opportunities.
  • Stay current on all arenaflex products, promotions, processes, and policies to provide accurate and helpful information.
  • Uphold the arenaflex brand voice and values in every customer interaction.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience in a call center, help desk, or related customer-facing environment.
  • Proven experience using customer support platforms such as ZenDesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Magento.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve conflict, analyze information, and make sound decisions quickly.
  • Strong documentation habits and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Typing speed of 40–45 WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask across multiple communication channels simultaneously without losing focus.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated, distraction-free home workspace.
  • Commitment to meeting weekly performance metrics and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous remote work experience with demonstrated productivity and self-management skills.
  • Familiarity with the wellness, hemp, CBD, or natural products industry.
  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms and order management systems.
  • Bilingual or multilingual communication skills are a strong plus.
  • Comfort working with performance dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools.

Physical Requirements

To succeed in this remote role, you will need a comfortable, ergonomic workspace. Day-to-day responsibilities require sitting for extended periods, frequent use of a computer and ticketing system, and occasional standing, walking, or lifting items weighing up to 10–25 pounds. You will need close and distance vision capabilities to read screens and documents throughout your shift.

Compensation
