What You'll Do: Core Responsibilities

As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you will be the critical link between our internal teams and external vendors, ensuring that aircraft parts and materials are delivered accurately and on schedule to support our operational objectives. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our supply chain operations.

Vendor Communication and Coordination

• Communicate clearly and professionally with outside vendors to accelerate the delivery of aircraft parts on time, supporting the organization's standard material goals.
• Proactively follow up on AOG (Aircraft on Ground) orders as required, ensuring rapid response to critical operational needs.
• Provide past-due order reports to suppliers, maintaining accountability and transparency throughout the procurement cycle.

Inventory and Materials Management

• Handle maintenance and transport schedules as well as stock reports to determine the priority of materials required.
• Provide transportation and movement data to large workgroups, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Update FMR or log pages with current vehicle and shipment information to maintain accurate operational records.

Reporting and Documentation

• Create and refresh Excel-based reports, status updates, and diagrams that improve visibility across departments.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and data within purchasing software programs.
• Assist buyers in obtaining clarifications and tracking purchase order status.

Issue Resolution and Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with internal departments and suppliers to address any discrepancies in shipping, invoicing, quality, part numbers, and quantities.
• Support What Bosses (Work Leaders) in resolving invoice issues efficiently.
• Collaborate with the Supplier Management team to identify potentially hazardous situations and mitigate risks proactively.

Minimum Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Education and Experience

• Long-term postgraduate education in Business Management, Project Management, or Finance.
• At least 1 year of experience in warehouse, expeditor, or supply chain operations.
