Job Details Job Title: RPO Delivery Manager Working Location: NY or NJ area / Mainly remote, occasionally visiting clients Working style: Mainly remote/Hybrid Employment Type: Permanent/Full-time Salary: DOE (70K-90K per yr.+) Benefit: Full Benefit (Insurance, 401K, PTO etc) Language: English & Japanese Position Overview The RPO Delivery Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment delivery for client accounts, ensuring hiring targets are met with high quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role typically sits within an RPO provider or talent solutions division and acts as the bridge between the client and the recruiting team. What will you do Client & Stakeholder Management Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders (HR, TA leaders, hiring managers) Build strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction Provide strategic hiring insights, market intelligence, and workforce planning support Recruitment Delivery Oversight Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery across multiple roles and business units Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and SLA adherence Ensure consistent and scalable recruiting processes Team Leadership Lead, coach, and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcers Drive performance, productivity, and engagement within the team Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of recruiting staff Process Optimization Identify opportunities to improve recruitment workflows and candidate experience Implement best practices, tools, and technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing tools) Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies Reporting & Analytics Deliver regular reports and dashboards on hiring metrics Use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement Forecast hiring demand and capacity planning Required Qualifications & Skills Recruitment/talent acquisition experience RPO or managing hiring programsexperience Strong experience managing client relationships Knowledge of U.S. labor market trends, especially in New York City Preferred HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
