• Key Responsibilities

• * Conduct keyword research, website audits, and competitive analysis to inform campaign direction
• * Develop and manage engaging content calendars across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
• * Track performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the success of campaigns
• * Collaborate with graphic designers, content writers, and developers to ensure alignment in digital strategies
• * Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates
• * Manage paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations as needed
• * Monitor and respond to social media comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Proficient in SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
• * Strong understanding of social media algorithms and platform best practices
• * Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• * Ability to create compelling and audience-appropriate digital content
• * Familiar with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (preferred)
• * High attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Experience
• * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or social media management
• * Freelancers with strong portfolios are also welcome to apply
• * Experience with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Trello, Zoom) is a plus
