This role independently manages partner communications, campaign execution, asset coordination, and onboarding with a strong emphasis on using AI tools and automation to maximize output, accuracy, and quality. We are looking for an exceptional multi-tasker who combines a methodical, detail-oriented approach with strong relationship-building skills. You will build on our team's strong foundations by applying systems thinking and modern tooling to scale our partnership efforts. Core Responsibilities 1. Last Click Campaign Management & Communication Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new partners, ensuring they have resources and support to integrate seamlessly. Act as the primary operational liaison between the organization and partners. Own all routine partner communications: outreach, follow-ups, status updates, etc. Coordinate and manage all aspects of last-click campaigns across Podcast, YouTube, Instagram, Sponsored Email, and any other channels in partners’ 360-deal deliverables. Use AI-assisted drafting (e.g., Claude or ChatGPT) to personalize welcome sequences and onboarding communications at scale. Generate personalized campaign briefs, campaign reports and other. Troubleshoot campaign issues as they arise and implement solutions to maintain effectiveness. 2. Integrated Marketing Campaign (IMC) Management Coordinate partnership deliverables within Integrated Marketing Campaigns across all partner channels included in 360-deal agreements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution. Proactively identify and address challenges during campaigns to ensure smooth execution. Review partners deliverables after AI compliance check. 3. Performance Tracking & Commercial Intelligence Oversee tracking and reporting processes to assess partnership deliverables and campaign effectiveness. Prepare structured performance summaries. Leverage AI to automate recurring report generation and surface trends across partner cohorts. 4. Partnership Development & Recruiting Support Deepen existing partner relationships to identify opportunities for deal expansion and warm introductions to new partners. Coordinate Tier 2 program operations, including invites, setups, and monthly payments. Maintain a partner intelligence database - tracking deal status, renewal dates, expansion potential, and relationship health scores. Research and vet potential new partners using AI-powered prospecting tools; outreach new opportunities. 5. Product Launch Support Coordinate all partner-facing activities related to product launches: product shipments, asset collection, interview coordination, and deliverable tracking. Ensure partners are briefed, equipped, and aligned ahead of launch windows with standardized launch playbooks. 6. AI & Automation Integration Proactively identify opportunities to automate repetitive partnership workflows (email drafting, reporting, scheduling). Build and maintain AI-assisted templates and prompt libraries for recurring tasks. Document and refine AI-enhanced processes with clear SOPs so they scale with the team. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, influencer marketing, or partnership management. Industry experience in health & wellness, beauty, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) is highly preferred. Proven experience managing social media campaigns (specifically with creators on Instagram, YouTube, and podcasts). Demonstrated experience utilizing AI tools (like ChatGPT or Claude) and automation tools (like Zapier) to improve daily work efficiency. Must be able to work full-time hours aligned with the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone. Competencies You possess a high attention to detail and take pride in precision. You prefer structure but can create it yourself when it is missing. You are extremely organized and a great communicator. You can manage a massive influx of daily emails without letting inquiries or follow-ups slip through the cracks. You are comfortable working in an environment where not everything is figured out yet. You are willing to recommend process improvements and iterate on systems. You excel at organizing chaotic information into clear processes. You can manage multiple moving parts and are driven by supporting the overall success of the team. You are highly relational and connect quickly with new people. You have a natural ability to motivate others, get buy-in on campaigns, and maintain harmonious partnerships. Work Location This is a fully remote position. BiOptimizers has a globally distributed team and supports flexible work arrangements across time zones. Company Hours & Collaboration With team members across many countries and time zone differences of up to 16 hours, we’ve established a standard collaboration window from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST. This is not a required work schedule, but a shared time frame for meetings and team syncs.
