We do Consulting Differently Job Summary The Graphic Design Intern is a temporary position designed to provide hands-on experience across creative services team including content creation, campaign support, events, and marketing operations. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual with strong communication skills and strong interest in graphic design. The intern will have the opportunity to support a variety of initiatives, contribute to live projects, and gain exposure to different areas of the design and marketing function. Duties and Responsibilities Support the development and execution of design and marketing projects, contributing to campaign, brand, and content initiatives Assist in creating and refining assets, including social media, email, and branded graphics, aligned with established brand standards Participate in concept development and creative exploration, helping generate and iterate on multiple ideas Contribute to the development of marketing and brand materials, including templates and design assets used across the organization Collaborate with marketing and design team members, incorporating feedback to improve deliverables and overall quality of work Support discrete projects or components of larger initiatives from concept through execution Bring originality, ownership, and creative thinking to assigned project

Required Qualifications

Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Social Sciences or related disciplines Experience working, AdobeCC, Figma, Canva, and Microsoft programs, including PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications

Some previous experience designing publications or other communications, will be an advantage but is not essential. Working Conditions While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate effectively. The position is primarily sedentary and involves extended periods of working at a computer. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms. Lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds may be required occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This role may operate in a professional office environment or a remote/home office setting, depending on business needs and company policy.
