As a Project Coordinator, you will support project managers by leading cost and schedule controls, working closely with project teams to monitor and report on project progress and expenditures.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and plan all project controls aspects of a project, including baseline schedule development, resource loading, risk register integration, and project baselines
  • Apply project controls tools and techniques (e.g., Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, SAP, Excel) to optimize project performance and reduce inefficiencies
  • Responsible for monitoring, tracking, and controlling both cost and schedule throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support forecast estimation and verify the accuracy of actual progress and expenditures against planned milestones and budgets
  • Align schedules and budgets to provide time-phased forecasts and integrated project metrics
  • Analyze schedule and cost data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
  • Support the project team by attending meetings and working collaboratively with others
  • Present project status, deviations, and root causes at project and management reviews
  • Promote teamwork, including maintenance and dissemination of project metrics to ensure team, customer, and all stakeholders are kept informed of project status
  • Serve as the project controls point of contact for internal and external customers in support of successful project execution through completion
  • Integrate project objectives and actions through participation with other project groups in matters of common concern
  • Provide necessary project updates to Project Managers, Project Controllers, other stakeholders via email and video calls

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant, project related experience
  • Basic knowledge of SAP PS, MS Office, and other software packages
