[Remote] Customer Support Advisor - Slovenian speaking

Concentrix is a leading company in customer engagement services, and they are seeking Customer Support Advisors fluent in Slovenian and English to join their Primark team. The role involves assisting customers with various inquiries while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via social media and email, handling a range of inquiries such as missing orders, payment issues, product availability, and order changes or cancellations
Skills
- Fluent in Slovenian & English, both verbal and written
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Fully flexible between 8am-12am (Midnight) - Monday to Sunday
- Minimum broadband speed of 10Mbps
- Private/distraction free location when working from home
- Social media or content moderation experience
