Recruitment & Compliance Administrator (8-month FTC)
B&Q Limited is a company dedicated to helping customers improve their homes. They are seeking a Recruitment & Compliance Administrator to maintain compliance databases, support onboarding of installers, and ensure that only compliant vendors are utilized for installations.
Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain the compliance database
- Support store colleagues with onboarding quality installers including contributing to installer inductions
- Process recruitment packs for Installers, liaising with Installer, Stores, Finance and Vendor teams to ensure all documentation received meets B&Q requirements
- Validate compliance and setup new installation vendors
- Track, monitor and report on audit findings by external parties
- Receive and respond to queries from installers and colleagues relating to compliance matters
- Achieve key objectives
- Run exception reports and distribute to ensure customer safety
- Proactively monitor installer quality utilising feedback from NPS surveys and support colleagues
- Review, interpret and present customer and installer data to understand root cause and improve quality
- Utilise data to explore and suggest process improvements
- You may be required to undertake other duties from time to time as we may reasonably require
- Adhere to all policies and procedures relevant to your role
Skills

- Knowledge of the installation service industry preferable
- Knowledge of kitchen/bathroom/bedroom installations and product preferable
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail, numerical and data entry skills
