Position Overview

Job Title: Remote Customer Service Representative Location: Michigan (Remote – work from home) Employment Type: Full‑Time Shift: Mid‑Shift (12:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.) with flexible scheduling to accommodate varying needs Training Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., for an intensive 8‑week paid training period

  • Collaborate with team leads and subject‑matter experts to stay current on product updates, policy changes, and industry trends.

  • Participate actively in live training sessions, role‑playing exercises, and peer‑review feedback loops.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the continuous‑improvement team.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
  • Successful completion of a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong telephone etiquette, with clear, articulate verbal communication.
