Position Summary

The Remote Entry-Level Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager role is a hybrid position that blends meticulous data management with proactive seller outreach. You will be responsible for acquiring, onboarding, and nurturing high‑potential third‑party sellers, ensuring their product listings are accurate, competitively priced, and aligned with arenaflex’s quality standards. Your work will directly influence the breadth of our product catalog, the satisfaction of our customers, and the overall health of the marketplace ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketplace Analysis & Strategy: Conduct deep‑dive analyses of product selection gaps, seasonal trends, and competitor activities to identify high‑value opportunities for new sellers.
  • Seller Acquisition: Prospect and engage prospective 3P sellers through virtual outreach, webinars, and targeted presentations, converting leads into active marketplace partners.
  • Onboarding & Data Entry: Accurately input product information, pricing, inventory levels, and promotional details into arenaflex’s seller portal, ensuring compliance with data quality standards.
  • Seller Enablement: Provide best‑practice guidance, data‑driven insights, and training resources to help sellers optimize listings, improve conversion rates, and achieve revenue targets.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams—including Product, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service—to resolve seller issues, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as seller activation rates, product coverage, sales growth, and customer satisfaction, reporting findings to leadership.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up‑to‑date with e‑commerce trends, marketplace policies, and emerging technologies to recommend enhancements that keep arenaflex ahead of the competition.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales or business development experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets using consultative, solution‑focused selling techniques.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with other Office Suite tools (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to craft compelling presentations and persuasive emails.
  • Comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast‑changing environment and capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
