Our Southeast Region Remote Customer Service team supports members in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee. You’ll be the first point of contact for individuals seeking clarity on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail‑order services. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound member calls with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
  • Explain prescription benefit plans, coverage details, and mail‑order options in clear, easy‑to‑understand language.
  • Identify member needs, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate resolutions on the first call whenever possible.
  • Document interactions in arenaflex’s CRM system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and all regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including pharmacy operations, claims, and technical support—to resolve complex inquiries.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions, role‑plays, and performance coaching to continuously improve service quality.
  • Maintain a secure, distraction‑free home workspace that meets arenaflex’s internet speed and data‑privacy requirements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum six (6) months of experience interacting directly with customers in a call‑center, retail, hospitality, or comparable service environment.
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a friendly, concise manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow detailed scripts, maintain accurate records, and meet performance targets.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection (minimum 5 Mbps download, 1 Mbps upload) and a dedicated, private workspace.
  • Commitment to upholding HIPAA privacy standards and all applicable regulatory guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • One (1) year of experience working in a call‑center environment, preferably within health‑care or pharmacy benefit services.
  • Six (6) months of proven work‑from‑home experience, demonstrating self‑discipline and effective time management.
  • Healthcare certification such as Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, or related credential.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit terminology (e.g., formulary, prior authorization, copay).
