Key Responsibilities

Revenue Management & Data Analysis

  • Lead the development and execution of revenue‑management strategies for high‑impact business initiatives.
  • Conduct independent pricing analysis on a variety of subjects, serving as the primary point of contact for pricing updates, data requests, and strategic inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance—to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the creation of models and business cases using both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex pricing challenges, ensuring timely and accurate solutions.
  • Support enterprise‑wide projects by documenting ad‑hoc requests and coordinating analysis to provide reliable data and recommendations.
  • Develop and deliver polished presentations that communicate key findings, business cases, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and analytical excellence.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support the broader revenue‑management function.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: High School diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or a comparable analytical discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros) and experience with SQL, Alteryx, or similar data‑manipulation tools.
  • Analytical Ability: Strong quantitative skills, including statistical analysis, forecasting, and data visualization.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for diverse audiences.
  • Problem‑Solving: Proven track record of diagnosing intricate business problems and recommending effective solutions.
