Role Overview

arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our Cloud Security Services team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers exploring, adopting, and optimizing arenaflex security solutions. You will combine technical knowledge with exceptional communication skills to guide prospects and existing clients through the sales journey, ensuring they understand the value of our security portfolio and achieve measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
