Key Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the data product strategy for the arenaflex Marketing Deals CRM, translating business goals into detailed product roadmaps and data‑driven specifications.
  • Analyze, curate, and structure large‑scale marketing datasets, including central marketing data warehouses and cross‑platform integrations within the Quote‑to‑Cash ecosystem.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, engineers, designers, QA, and program managers—to deliver high‑impact data solutions that enhance product value.
  • Collaborate with MDM (Master Data Management) and Marketing Technology teams to ensure data quality, governance, and seamless integration across systems.
  • Develop and maintain documentation that articulates product requirements, data models, and stakeholder expectations for both business and technical audiences.
  • Provide thought leadership by presenting insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic direction and investment decisions.
  • Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and product rollout, working closely with end‑users, technology leads, and product owners to validate functionality and drive adoption.
  • Identify and prioritize product enhancements that unlock new revenue streams, improve operational efficiency, and elevate the overall customer experience.
  • Mentor junior data analysts and product team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and data‑centric problem solving.

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a product management role within a data‑intensive product development environment.
  • Proven expertise in advanced data handling using modern ETL patterns, data pipelines, and data modeling techniques.
  • Strong command of SQL and Python for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business objectives into technical specifications and product features.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a track record of presenting complex data concepts to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
