Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Remote Data Entry Specialist to support the Worldwide Depository Controllership (GTC) Group. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and seamless data flow across arenaflex’s extensive portfolio of assets, liabilities, investments, and equity transactions. This is a full‑time, remote opportunity offering a competitive hourly rate of $30, with a structured 8‑hour workday.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and execution of arenaflex’s ongoing reporting cycles that impact GTC (liabilities, investments, subsidiaries, and AOCI).
• Conduct detailed analysis of portfolio data, preparing comprehensive reports for senior leadership, global controllership, and external auditors.
• Support the development and maintenance of external reporting requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Depository, External Reporting, Transparency Board, Global Accounting Policy, Legal, and Compliance—to drive consistency and accuracy.
• Maintain documentation of processes and enforce adherence to reporting controls.
• Participate in internal and external audit activities, providing data and explanations as needed.
• Contribute to automation and process‑improvement projects, identifying opportunities to streamline data entry and reporting workflows.
• Build and sustain effective relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth information exchange.
• Utilize arenaflex tools (formerly known as Prophet, Scene, and MS Access) to manage data sets, generate insights, and support decision‑making.

Essential Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 + year experience in audit, accounting, or finance, preferably within a large‑scale corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP accounting principles; CPA designation is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and communicate clearly with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and logical reasoning skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with arenaflex data‑management tools is highly desirable.
