Key Responsibilities

  • Live Chat Capture & Enrichment: Monitor, transcribe, and accurately enter live chat interactions from customers across multiple channels, ensuring every detail is captured with precision.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Perform rigorous validation, de‑duplication, and error‑checking on incoming data to maintain a gold‑standard dataset for downstream analytics.
  • Big Data Platform Integration: Load, transform, and stage data within arenaflex’s enterprise‑wide data lake built on Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, and Spark ecosystems.
  • Schema Design & Record Modeling: Collaborate with utility and product teams to design robust record schemas that support scalable analytics and standardized metric definitions.
