Key Responsibilities

  • Providing accurate, timely, and professional resolutions to customer concerns while maintaining a positive brand image.

  • Proactively addressing cancellation and suspension requests by understanding customer needs, offering alternatives, and working to retain the customer relationship.
  • Documenting all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM systems.

Essential Qualifications

Requirements to Work from Home

To succeed in this remote role, you will need:

  • A quiet, distraction-free, and secure place to work where you can focus on customer calls without interruption.
  • Excellent internet connectivity, with minimum speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (faster speeds are preferred and recommended).
  • An in-house network and a hard-wired internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates. Please note that wireless and/or satellite internet service providers are not compatible with our systems.
  • A smartphone (iOS or Android), four years old or newer, in which you will be able and willing to download our company app for internal communications.
  • A reliable computer or laptop that meets our technical specifications (details provided during the hiring process).
